Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz peach schnapps
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, peach schnapps, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and add bitters on top.
