The Bracket Buster

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 4 oz cold lager beer

Instructions

1. 1Add bourbon, lemon juice, honey syrup, and bitters to a pint glass.
2. 2Add three ice cubes and stir briefly to combine.
3. 3Slowly pour the cold lager over the back of a spoon to layer it on top.
4. 4Give one gentle stir from the bottom to barely blend the layers.
5. 5Serve immediately while the beer is still fizzy. Drop a lemon wheel on the rim.
