Cheddar Goblin

Ingredients

• 2 oz rye whiskey
• 0.5 oz amaro Nonino
• 0.5 oz cherry heering
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash black walnut bitters
• 1 barspoon demerara syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large hand-cut ice cube.
4. 4Express a wide orange peel over the surface and place it in the glass.
5. 5Serve under low red light for full effect.
