Greek Isle Sunset

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz ouzo
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 oz sparkling water, to top
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 4 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. 1Muddle mint in the bottom of a wine glass.
2. 2Add ice to the glass.
3. 3Pour in ouzo, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
5. 5Drizzle grenadine over the top for the sunset effect.
