Cabin in the Hollow

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.5 oz blackberry shrub
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz cold black tea
• 1 tsp crème de mure

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, blackberry shrub, honey syrup, bitters, and black tea in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Float crème de mure on top by pouring gently over a spoon.
5. 5Serve without additional stirring.
