Inspired by Lethal Weapon 2

Ingredients

  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 oz passion fruit syrup
  • 0.25 oz falernum
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 tsp grenadine

Instructions

  1. 1Combine rum, lime juice, passion fruit syrup, falernum, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake hard for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled highball glass over crushed ice.
  4. 4Drizzle grenadine over the top to sink slowly.
  5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel and a mini South African flag if available.
