0.5 oz fresh lime juice
0.25 oz demerara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Combine bourbon, Amaro, lime juice, and demerara in a shaker with ice.
2Add bitters and shake for 12 seconds.
3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
