The Mullet Mule

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon whiskey
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 oz ginger beer
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Fill a copper mule mug with crushed ice.
2. 2Add bourbon, lime juice, and honey syrup and stir briefly.
3. 3Top with ginger beer and bitters.
4. 4Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint — serve in a copper mule mug, business in the front, party in the back.
