0.5 oz blackstrap molasses syrup
2 dashes mole bitters
1 oz ginger beer

Instructions

1Combine mezcal, lime juice, and molasses syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Add mole bitters and shake hard for 10 seconds.
3Strain over ice in a rocks glass.
4Top with ginger beer and serve in low light.
