2 oz Russian Standard vodka
0.5 oz dry vermouth
0.25 oz Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters
1 lemon twist

Instructions

1Combine vodka, dry vermouth, and Chartreuse in a mixing glass with ice.
2Add orange bitters and stir for 25 seconds.
3Strain into a Nick and Nora glass.
4Express the lemon twist over the surface and drop it in.
