Riot Juice

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blanco tequila
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz hot sauce (Tapatio)
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 0.25 oz jalapeño simple syrup
• 1 tsp kosher salt for rim

Instructions

1. 1Rim a highball glass with kosher salt and pack with ice.
2. 2Combine tequila, lime juice, hot sauce, agave nectar, and jalapeño syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain over the salted ice.
4. 4Top with a splash of soda water and give one gentle stir.
5. 5Garnish with a jalapeño wheel on the rim — it's never not a good idea until it is.
