Gargantua Drift

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz cold brew coffee concentrate
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 oz ginger ale

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, honey syrup, lemon juice, cold brew concentrate, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with ginger ale and stir once gently.
4. 4Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel and a dusting of dark cocoa powder in a galaxy swirl on the foam.
