The Further Fog

Ingredients

• 2 oz gin
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 2 drops lavender bitters

Instructions

1. 1Dry shake gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a coupe glass.
4. 4Add lavender bitters on top of the foam.
5. 5Use a toothpick to swirl the bitters into a ghostly pattern.
