The Further Fizz

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz tonic water
• 1 tsp butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)

Instructions

1. 1Combine mezcal, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with tonic water and pour the butterfly pea flower tea over the back of a spoon to float.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon twist and a single dried flower head placed on top.
