Toxic Asset

Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 barspoon activated charcoal simple syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine bourbon, amaro, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Add bitters and shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3. 3Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
4. 4Drizzle charcoal syrup over the top to create a dark swirl.
5. 5Serve with a knowing sense of existential dread.
