The Landa Strudel

Ingredients

• 2 oz cognac
• 0.75 oz crème de cassis
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz cinnamon syrup
• 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1. 1Add cognac, crème de cassis, lemon juice, and cinnamon syrup to a shaker.
2. 2Fill shaker with ice and shake hard for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Drop the bitters onto the surface in a line down the center.
5. 5Rest a thin apple slice dusted with cinnamon across the rim.
