Elastigirl's Stretch Armstrong

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.5 oz raspberry liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz passion fruit syrup
• 1 oz coconut cream
• 1 oz pineapple juice

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake hard for 12 seconds and strain into a tall Collins glass over crushed ice.
3. 3Gently pour coconut cream over the back of a spoon to float it on top.
4. 4Swirl once with a straw to create a stretching red and white visual pattern.
5. 5Garnish with a long strip of red candy rope draped dramatically over the glass rim.
