The Totem Spin

Ingredients

• 2 oz London dry gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz lavender syrup
• 0.5 oz green Chartreuse
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Add gin, lemon juice, lavender syrup, Chartreuse, and egg white to a shaker. Dry shake hard for 15 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again for 12 seconds until frost forms.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a tight lemon twist balanced on the rim, spiraled like a spinning top.
