Ingredients

2 oz bourbon
1 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz blackberry syrup
1 egg white
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Instructions

1Dry shake all ingredients without ice for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake vigorously for another 15 seconds.
3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4Dash bitters on top of the foam.
