Silent Running

Ingredients

• 2 oz navy-strength gin
• 0.5 oz dry vermouth
• 0.25 oz fino sherry
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 dash saline solution

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with plenty of ice.
2. 2Stir slowly for 30 seconds until well diluted and chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a single large ice sphere.
4. 4Express a lemon peel over the glass and discard.
5. 5Serve immediately with no garnish on the glass itself.
