Dragonstone Red

Ingredients

• 3 oz Tempranillo red wine
• 0.5 oz pomegranate juice
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz ruby port
• 1 cinnamon stick muddled
• 1 star anise

Instructions

1. 1Muddle the cinnamon stick briefly in a mixing glass to release aroma, then remove large pieces.
2. 2Add Tempranillo, ruby port, pomegranate juice, and honey syrup over ice.
3. 3Stir gently for 15 seconds to combine without over-diluting.
4. 4Strain into a goblet over a large ice cube.
5. 5Add star anise to float on top and garnish.
