Ingredients

2 oz Malbec red wine
1 oz port wine
0.5 oz blackberry liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1Combine blackberry liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake briefly and strain into a wine glass filled with ice.
3Pour the Malbec and port over the top.
4Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
5Garnish and serve.
