The Hostile Work Environment

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.5 oz Aperol
• 3 oz tonic water
• 1 dash celery bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and Aperol in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake briefly and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
3. 3Top with tonic water and stir once.
4. 4Add celery bitters on top.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
