The Honey Daniels

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz honey syrup
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz passion fruit juice
• 2 oz sparkling water
• 4 fresh mint leaves

Instructions

1. 1Muddle mint in the bottom of a highball glass.
2. 2Add ice, rum, honey syrup, lime juice, and passion fruit juice.
3. 3Stir to combine.
4. 4Top with sparkling water.
5. 5Garnish with a honey drizzle and a sprig of mint — sweet, strong, community-built.
