Kevin's Aftershave Burn

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 0.5 oz cucumber juice
• 2 oz tonic water
• 1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

1. 1Muddle black pepper with simple syrup in a shaker to release oils.
2. 2Add gin, lemon juice, and cucumber juice with ice and shake for 12 seconds.
3. 3Double strain into a highball glass over ice.
4. 4Top with tonic water.
5. 5Garnish with a cucumber ribbon and a lemon wheel — MERRY CHRISTMAS, YA FILTHY ANIMAL.
