The Last Ten Percent

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz aged rum
• 0.75 oz Aperol
• 1 oz fresh blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz club soda

Instructions

1. 1Build in a tall glass over ice: rum, Aperol, blood orange juice, lime juice, and syrup.
2. 2Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine.
3. 3Top with club soda and stir once more.
4. 4Garnish with a blood orange half-wheel and a sprig of fresh mint.
