0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
2 oz dry sparkling wine
1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

1Combine brandy, triple sec, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake vigorously for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a goblet over a large ice cube.
4Top with sparkling wine poured slowly.
5Add bitters and garnish immediately.
