Lava Springs Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 oz strawberry simple syrup
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh orange juice
• 3 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, strawberry syrup, elderflower liqueur, and orange juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with sparkling water and stir gently once.
5. 5Garnish and serve with a wide straw.
