Ingredients

3 oz dry rosé wine
1 oz elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz raspberry simple syrup
2 oz sparkling water
4 fresh raspberries

Instructions

1Muddle raspberries gently in the bottom of a wine glass.
2Fill the glass with ice.
3Add rosé, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and raspberry syrup.
4Top with sparkling water and stir briefly.
5Garnish and serve.
