The Ramsay Roast

Ingredients

• 2 oz Scotch whisky
• 0.5 oz Islay Scotch (for smoke)
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 1 large ice cube

Instructions

1. 1Place a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
2. 2Combine both Scotch whiskies, honey syrup, and both bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
3. 3Stir for 25 seconds until well chilled.
4. 4Strain over the large ice cube.
5. 5Express an orange peel over the glass, drop it in, and garnish.
