Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
0.75 oz Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps
0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz honey syrup
0.25 oz Bénédictine
2 oz soda water

Instructions

1Combine gin, Goldschlager, lemon juice, honey syrup, and Bénédictine in a shaker with ice.
2Shake well for 12 seconds.
3Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
4Top with soda water and stir once gently.
