Alberta Sunset

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Canadian whisky
• 1 oz fresh apple cider
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 0.25 oz cinnamon simple syrup
• 2 oz ginger ale

Instructions

1. 1Combine whisky, apple cider, lemon juice, honey syrup, and cinnamon syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a mason jar over fresh ice.
4. 4Top with ginger ale and stir once gently.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
