Ingredients

• 2 oz aged tequila reposado
• 0.75 oz Amaro Montenegro
• 0.5 oz maple syrup
• 2 dashes mole bitters
• 1 long cinnamon stick
• 1 orange peel for garnish

Instructions

1. 1Combine aged tequila, Amaro Montenegro, maple syrup, and mole bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir slowly for 30 seconds until properly chilled and diluted.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice sphere.
4. 4Express the orange peel over the surface and drop it in.
5. 5Rest the cinnamon stick across the glass like a wand.
6. 6Let it sit for 30 seconds so the cinnamon perfumes the drink.
