Harlequin's Heartbreak

Ingredients

• 1 oz Aperol
• 1 oz blood orange juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 1 oz prosecco
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine Aperol, blood orange juice, lemon juice, grenadine, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a chilled martini glass.
4. 4Top with a float of prosecco.
5. 5Serve in red and black colors — as Harley demands.
