Inspector Tequila

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz blanco tequila
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 1 pinch sea salt
• 1 cold Mexican lager for the back

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lime juice, and agave syrup in a shaker with a small scoop of ice.
2. 2Shake quickly and hard for 8 seconds.
3. 3Strain into a shot glass.
4. 4Sprinkle sea salt over the back of your hand.
5. 5Lick the salt, shoot the tequila, chase with a cold sip of lager.
