Krill Swarm Fizz

Ingredients

• 1 oz citrus gin
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 4 oz tonic water
• 1 oz cucumber juice

Instructions

1. 1Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cucumber juice to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds.
3. 3Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
4. 4Top with tonic water and stir once gently.
5. 5Serve very cold — like the Antarctic shelf this drink is named after.
