SISSY Reactor Punch

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila blanco
• 0.75 oz blue butterfly pea flower tea (cooled)
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 oz agave syrup
• 0.5 oz Cointreau
• 1 oz sparkling lemonade

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, lemon juice, agave syrup, and Cointreau in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Slowly pour the butterfly pea flower tea over the back of a spoon to float on top.
4. 4Top with sparkling lemonade and garnish with a lemon wheel — watch the color shift from purple to pink.
