Baltimore Bouffant

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz vanilla rum
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz grenadine
• 3 oz cream soda
• 0.25 oz coconut cream

Instructions

1. 1Combine vanilla rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice-filled Collins glass.
3. 3Top with cream soda.
4. 4Float coconut cream gently over the top using the back of a spoon.
5. 5Stir just once with a straw before drinking.
