The Quick Attack

Ingredients

• 1 oz yuzu sake
• 1 oz citrus vodka
• 1 oz fresh orange juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz lemon-lime soda
• 0.5 oz grenadine

Instructions

1. 1Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. 2Add yuzu sake, citrus vodka, orange juice, and simple syrup.
3. 3Top with lemon-lime soda and stir once.
4. 4Pour grenadine slowly down the inside of the glass to create an orange-to-red gradient.
5. 5Serve immediately without over-stirring to preserve the color layers.
