The Production Line Pour

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Japanese whisky
• 0.5 oz dry vermouth
• 1 oz yuzu juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 3 oz sparkling water
• 1 dash orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine Japanese whisky, vermouth, yuzu juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
3. 3Top with sparkling water and add a dash of orange bitters.
4. 4Stir once gently to incorporate.
