The New Batch Bite

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz tequila reposado
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz agave syrup
• 2 oz sparkling water

Instructions

1. 1Add tequila, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup to a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well for 12 seconds until chilled.
3. 3Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
4. 4Strain cocktail into the glass and top with sparkling water.
5. 5Stir briefly and serve immediately.
