Mogwai Mischief

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 0.5 oz green Chartreuse
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 2 oz ginger beer
• 1 dash Angostura bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine rum, Chartreuse, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously for 10 seconds.
3. 3Fill a rocks glass with fresh ice and strain the mixture over it.
4. 4Top with ginger beer and add a dash of bitters.
5. 5Stir gently once to combine.
