The Spacewalk

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.5 oz dry vermouth
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz tonic water
• Ice

Instructions

1. 1Combine gin, dry vermouth, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake for 12 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Top with a small pour of tonic water for an effervescent orbit effect.
5. 5Garnish and serve.
