Ingredients

• 1.5 oz mezcal
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz agave nectar
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 2 dashes Tajin rim
• Ice

Instructions

1. 1Rim a highball glass with Tajin by running a lime wedge around the edge and dipping in spice.
2. 2Fill glass with ice.
3. 3Combine mezcal, lime juice, agave nectar, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
4. 4Shake for 12 seconds and strain into the prepared glass.
5. 5Garnish and serve with a smoky dramatic flourish.
