Ingredients

• 1.5 oz gin
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz white grapefruit juice
• 0.25 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white

Instructions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
2. 2Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds until well chilled.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Allow the foam to settle and rise before garnishing.
