Ingredients

2 oz shochu
0.75 oz sake
0.5 oz yuzu juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
1 oz club soda
1 dash grapefruit bitters

Instructions

1Combine shochu, sake, yuzu juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2Shake gently for 8 seconds.
3Strain into a coupe glass.
4Top with club soda and add grapefruit bitters.
