Slurm Royale

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz white rum
• 0.75 oz blue pea flower tea (for color)
• 0.5 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• 3 oz lemon-lime soda

Instructions

1. 1Steep blue pea flowers in 2 oz hot water for 5 minutes, cool, and set aside.
2. 2Combine white rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
3. 3Shake 10 seconds and strain into a tall glass over ice.
4. 4Pour blue pea tea over the back of a spoon for a layered color effect, then top with soda.
5. 5Garnish with a lime wheel — it turns from green to purple like Slurm's appeal.
