Ingredients

• 1.5 oz silver tequila
• 0.75 oz coconut water
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.25 oz honey syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Instructions

1. 1Combine tequila, coconut water, lime juice, elderflower liqueur, honey syrup, and bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake gently for 10 seconds — keep it light, not aggressive.

4. 4Garnish with a single white flower or jasmine blossom floated on the surface and a thin lime wheel on the rim.
