Ingredients

2 oz Japanese whisky
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.75 oz raspberry syrup
0.5 oz egg white
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions

1Dry shake Japanese whisky, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white without ice for 15 seconds.
2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
3Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4Dash Peychaud's bitters on top of the foam.
