Ahtohallan's Call

Ingredients

• 2 oz coconut rum
• 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
• 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
• 0.5 oz honey syrup
• 1 oz coconut water
• 0.25 oz butterfly pea flower syrup

Instructions

1. 1Combine coconut rum, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, honey syrup, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake gently for 10 seconds — this drink is about clarity, not aggression.
3. 3Strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
4. 4Float butterfly pea flower syrup on top in one continuous slow pour along the side of the glass.
5. 5Garnish with a single edible gold leaf pressed to the side of the glass — the fifth spirit's blessing.
